All Sales Are Final
Because every item is made-to-order or customized, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Exchanges Allowed for Defects Only
If there is a mistake on our end (wrong size shipped, wrong color, misspelling, or a damaged item), we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
Sizing Policy
To help avoid sizing issues:
- A size chart is provided on the website and in your order confirmation.
- Please double-check your size before ordering, as we cannot exchange items for size unless the incorrect size was sent by mistake.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on current order volume. Typical processing is 7–14 business days, not including shipping.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
2K Creations is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
Customers may file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
